Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During peak periods (such as new drops, promotions, or holidays), processing may take longer.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship orders from Poland using trusted courier services. Estimated delivery times are:

  • Poland: 1–3 business days

  • European Union: 3–7 business days

  • International (outside EU): 7–14 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processes, or events outside our control.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on the delivery location, weight, and size of your order.

  • Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions. These will be clearly indicated on our website.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For orders shipped outside the European Union, additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on the courier’s website.

Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate when placing your order. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete address details. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, you may be responsible for additional shipping costs.

Risk of Loss

Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the customer.
